We are now looking for a meeting booker/recruiter who wants to work with contacting people who have shown interest in becoming emergency or foster homes. Your task will be to make the first contact, inform about the assignment, and schedule meetings that will then be conducted by our foster home investigators, who are responsible for the assessment of the families.

The work is completely remote and is suitable for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working independently.

Responsibilities

• Call people/families who have expressed interest through forms, social media, or other channels
• Work with and follow up on advertising to reach more potential families to contact
• Inform about the assignment as an emergency or foster home
• Schedule meetings with our social workers
• Document conversations in a structured manner

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable reaching out to people and feels confident on the phone
• Can maintain a high pace in calling
• Is self-driven, motivated, and takes responsibility
• Has good Swedish language skills
• Has experience in sales or similar work (preferable but not required)
